On the northern west coast of Onnen are world’s largest trees and densest rain forest. This region got it’s name due to cities being built in the canopies. There are forests both above and below the surface making the Sahel Hightops a unique and special region. The Shona Mountains that encase the entrance to the Yonuba Undergrowth are almost rainbow in color and parts of it float above the ocean because of the strong primal magic on the continent.

This archipelago is not traditional. The region of Xhosa is the many spread out islands within Shilluk waters and the many seas of Onnen. Many of the places within the archipelago fly high above the dark ocean. On clear days these floating islands and unnatural cities can be seen from the rest of the continent below. The air below the floating islands is often rough as if the winds are what keep the islands floating. Clouds sometimes form under them giving the appearance of the isles being on the clouds. There are often many underwater cities and ruins throughout Xhosa as well if one is daring enough to explore the midnight waters.

Sandawe, the last of the truly tribal lands in Onnen. Nomadic tribes are dotted through out this savanna often warring with each other for food, land, and honor. Most of the tribes live around the water sources but there are some who dare to go against the odds. The savanna is cut in two by the mighty Welayta Mountains. A mute rainbow of colors makes the mountains stand out against the Sandawese landscape. Some of these mountains are floating off the ground giving way to hidden caverns that could not easily be found otherwise. The legendary sacred city of Namiba is located at the base of the Welayta Mountains but within it are special laws that must be obeyed or else...

The first truly conquered lands of Onnen and where the world finally fell the first time. This is the birthplace of mortals. The homeland of the gods. Kanuri was once the prosperous capital of the Kikuyu Wetlands. Since it’s fall the city of Rehema has been built up in the marsh far from the glory that the gods had built before them. This is by far the most dangerous region of Onnen and often travelers are advised to avoid it at all costs.

Fulani is regarded as the most beautiful region in all of Onnen. From it’s massive waterfalls to its lake islands to its ponds within those islands. Most of the fresh water of Onnen is located within this region. Many beautiful mahogany bridges dot this landscape for easy travel as most of this region is one giant lake with many islands and their own lakes. Some of these lakes within the larger islands have their own lakes with even smaller islands within. The flora within Fulani is vivid and colorful which makes one wonder if someone hand designed Fulani with the perfect image of beauty in mind.

South of Fulani on the eastern side of Onnen is the Sotho Coast. The Moons’ people landed here first recognizing the beautiful sea glass coast as their new outpost for a land they did not know. The beach stretches all the way from Fulani’s southern end to almost the tip of the Anuak Gorge’s opening. The seas around this area are a bit more rough than usual thanks to the deep underwater volcanoes that surge from time to time. There have even been sightings of an odd city inside of what adventurer’s call a weird bubble that bobs up and down against the ocean waves no matter how rough they could be.

On the south east of Onnen lies the ancestral lands of the Moors Peninsula. Volcanic plains sprawl from the end of the Anuak Gorge into the rough mountains of the Adele Range. One island formed from the volcanic activity beneath the sea has given birth to the Akan Isle full of reptilian like people. While at the southern most tip are the last intact ancestral grounds belonging to the dragonkin.
