The sudden assault on the walls grew the team on edge as they secured their gates. Defense teams from above marched forward, bows and crossbows at the ready, aimed down at the anger-filled beast. However, not one dared to fire their arrows. Nerves made it difficult to respond. What if their shots made things worse? What if there was a way to tranquilize the beast and get it escorted back into the wild? They were not like the hunters in the walls, and they were stuck inside else they risk letting it into their camp and wrecking havoc on the research teams, whose jobs were not to slay, but to study and learn.

As for Eden, on the other side of the wall, she saw the rage and the threats at the beast, but still she carefully moved forward. "Hey!" echoed in the air, a voice silent to man, but loud to animals and beasts alike. "Why you rage? You no reason for it." Slowly, she moved closer to the wall, tossing the kimono top aside as she lowered her stance. Her nails instinctively got sharper, forming into small claws as Eden locked her eyes on the aggressor. It was a large beast, one that can easily lose her life to if not careful. However, it was in the way of what she could consider safety, so she had to make such a move. "You act more, and not quills will stick from back." Her nose flicked up to the archers above as if to hint at what she is saying. "Quell anger, or suffer consequence."

Bane grew very wary of her sudden predicament. The memories from the first time she ever met those bandits crashed into her like a wave of paranoia. Her heart in her chest became the anchor as she stood there motionless. What they did to her home was inexcusable. The pain, the torture, she endured from those miscreants made her blood boil. All because she thought she did well by saving one of them. One thing she learned was whatever these creatures were is that they aren't and shouldn't be trusted. If she had to she would kill each and every one of them. Her quills stood as erect as they could and flared to life with the brightest of orange that rivaled the passion of flame. She grew taller as she stood on her four legs instead of her six. An imprudent roar escaped her throat. Being riled up she wasn't necessarily in control of her actions and the predatory instinct that rested in her flared to life.

With impulsive movement, she smashed her tail upon what she ran into. How dare it even be in her way, she'll make sure it crumbles beneath her. Turning around she got ready to strike once more. She ran straight into the barricade full force. Claws teeth everything she had at her disposal she hit it with. Lifting up her head she let out another roar that this time she meant with her whole being. Ducking back into the forest she hit it over and over trying to repay them for what their kind did to her. Her eyes glowed a dangerous red, one that the devil himself would be very proud of. Another Thwack! with her tail, another Chomp! with her dagger teeth in a feeble attempt to re-write the wrongs that were done to her and the very land that she stood on. When would they show their faces? When would they fight her? She let out another roar as to say to them, cowards!

A guard perched high upon the wall noticed the wandering beast heading towards the walls of the hunting camp, letting a snicker escape him as a new beast wandered forced and walked into the shell that separated the hunters camped inside and the rough outdoors. "Report," called another who caught the snickering man looking down. "Nothing too threatening. We just had one walk straight into the barricade." That comment made the other guard chuckle. "Well that's a fist if it wasn't at ramming speed." Again, another chuckle back. "Yeah, no. This one's not showing signs of aggression, so its safe." That lead the other to give a nod. "Well, at least make sure it stays at that. Report if there are any changes in behavior or more coming." A final solute was given before the two went their own ways, the initial man looking down from above.

The clasp echoed once more when Eden snapped the clasp to the metal collar shut, now that she didn't feel like she was choking on water as much. However, it also meant her air intake was increasing, and again, making her begin to feel dizzy. The moment the clasp locked into place, Eden paused to regulate herself, tail swaying to help fight off the balance while her ears stayed perked up, listening to the air around her. Course, a moment of weakness like this was one to be extra cautious of, so her guard was on top game as she tried to get her mind settled as best and fast as she could before moving again.

With every meter Eden marched, the walls before her grew bigger and bigger as she made her approach. However, it was only until now did things came into more detail. An emblem was engraved into the wall, as if boasting to the beasts outside what kind of clan  was behind it and from up top, small specks moved, watching the landscape before them. One of them seemingly scanning their head over in her direction, where she, in turn, swung her free arm back and forth to catch their attention which caused the man to do the same.

"What are you doing now?" the wandering guardsman asked the one waving. "Oh, I saw something waving, so I waved back." This brought the other to head up next to him and pull out a telescope to look through the landscape. "Over there, on the shore. Is it one of ours?" A pause filled the air as the man examined the woman. "No, but that does not mean the persona is safe. Get a rescue team ready to fetch her. They should also be ready to fend off the one that is at our doorstep if it decides to attack."

Moving from left to right dodging the flora that came flying at her. The whipped her quills back as she ran; one might mistake her running for flying since that was how smooth it was. Her legs pounded against the ground like lightning when it hits the ground, quick. Giving out little hisses for she was very content with being free from any duties. How she pitty other creatures who had to follow certain rules. Not her though she was free from anything. If she wanted to sleep all day and night she could. Nothing, not no one tried or even dared to stop her. Those who have come to this island wanting a quick trophy of her meant with an untimely end. The beast soon was met with a dilemma as she felt daggers dig into her stomach followed by a feral growl. It was time to stop messing around and find food. She stopped and shifted onto four legs instead of six. Her head darted around switching from scent to scent in hopes of either finding weakened prey or something that wouldn't struggle as much. Nothing seemed to peek her interest. Not wanting to waste any energy, she began moving slowly once more on six legs, hoping to find something soon on her little leisure walk. Bane's mind soon began to wander into a land of pure thought. Never really knowing where or even how those pests got to her beautiful homeland still haunted her to this day. They came bearing many things: Pointed, not pointed, wood, weird food, and many other things she couldn't make out what they were. It wasn't until they started coming a little too close to her liking that she began to care. Once deep in thought, she didn't realize the wall up ahead. With a thud her she was back into the present. Noticing she was once again near the civilization that once was, her quills raised and on high alert as she still didn't trust this place.

After a moment of tracing the lines into the sand, the tiger-kin pushed herself up carefully to her feet, tail waving back and forth as she fought for her balance through the pain. Lacking her weapon meant she did not have a crutch to lean on like in the past, but it was not like she had to rely on the tool. Just steady, careful steps… Let the world stop being dizzy for the moment before looking around again. None of the beasts within her sight grew attracted to her presence… not yet at least. Still, she should be on alert. She had a place she needed to check out.

However, getting up showed just how far she was from the massive walls that separated this side of the world with that rested on the other. Not exactly a pleasant idea, but one she had to deal with. Closing her eyes, she tried to catch whatever else she could with her senses. Her hearing was swirled with water, trying to push out whatever was stuck in the fur of her ears. To hear oncoming threats was vital to reaching the other side. Her nose worked fine, but nothing really out of the ordinary. Nothing, at the very least, that would hint to danger.

Most importantly, the vibrations in the air… the feeling of malice aimed towards her. A trait she had built up after so many years fighting  for her own life… It told of nothing against her, but gave plenty of hints to be careful stepping close to anything here. While she hopped for negotiations when proceeding to her goals, she knew that some only cared for the meat on her bones. They would be the ones to fear the most.

After the swishing of water left her hearing, Eden opened her eyes once more, beginning for fight forward to the massive walls. While her legs were mostly free to move in, the cloth that clung to her chest weighed her down a bit. Normally, she would have abandoned said cloth to make travels easier if it got in the way, but she quickly learned the scorns of aiming towards public areas naked. She did not understand why, but it was something they did not appreciate. At the very least, she stripped herself of the kimono top that dressed her, leaving her only in the fabric that clung tightly to her body before tucking under her arms, releasing one weight off her shoulders at least.

The sun beamed down its rays of hell upon Bane as she slept. How it gleamed over the creature's muscle and pronounced them out even more. The beast was usually way deeper into the forest to mask its existence from those who have come to this island. Last time she got ahold of an intruder she kept him forever imprisoned within her body. That in its self-was a rarity nowadays. For, at least she believed, it was her doing that made the sudden appearance of newcomers decimate into thin air.

Bane grew tired of the torment she was putting herself through and got up. Her legs quaked and shivered under her weight as she laid there for quite some time. She arched her back until she heard that ever satisfying pop. Opened her mouth letting out a moan that you would expect from a creature of her size. Flaring out her scales on the side of her head she was ready to hunt. Swinging her hard armored tail and giving the ground a few good smacks just to make sure it worked. She took off with great speed that would astonish most given her size.

(OOC: sorry if it's short ^^;; but thanks for the Roleplay!)

Her coughs were rough. Limps hard to move as the smallest motion pushed pain through her body. The cloth that covered her body clinged close and weighed her down as he fought for air, pushing herself up to her knees as she looked over at the vast blue. The vessel that would have returned her to the other land, gone. The last thing she remembered was being in the floating vessel… a ship, was it? The floor was hard to walk on as is, and yet, something caused it to stir. Violently. She remembered losing her footing before falling over the edge and into the blue before washing up here.

Her eyes scanned the land, seeing what she could her find. Her sword was not one of them. Either on the ship still, or at the bottom of the sea. Neither of them meant it was with her. It was not a weapon one would normally sought after, considering its build. If she could not find the boat and find her sword on it, she would most likely have to return… there. A shudder went down her spine thinking that, but she knew that they would struggle to take her on and pin her down.

What her eyes did catch were large, thick walls. A society. While she lacked the knowledge to really commute, she should still head there as the other things were eyes caught did not seem pleasant. Beasts that towered as high as the trees walking the land and packs with fangs running at high speed. She would need to stay clear of them unless she could find a way to bond. She could call for help, but the beatings to her chest still made it hard to breathe.

Still, her fingers carefully pulled themselves to her collar before snapping it open, freeing the passage of air to her lungs, hoping it would help any before tracing her finger on the sand. She struggled with the stick that drew lines, but at least she could trace some things out: the very least being her name. If the walls had people who could help, then that should be a goal.

Hopefully, they had another water vessel and a heat ball…
