Seeking out Nyxhelm isn’t a difficult task for those that seek out Nemesis; no matter what their beliefs are. Access is available no matter where in the realm; all that is required was an offering of blood in a bowl and a small prayer requesting permission. Once those are given, a gateway will appear before them. Traveling through it, the adventurers will be shrouded by a rolling fog of chilling darkness. After some indiscreet time has passed, A bright light will erupt in front of them at the apex. What awaits them at the end is a world engulfed in a continuous cycle of twilight hours.

The Woods

Much of this realm is surrounded by overgrown, dense forest. It is strongly advised not to follow the strange howls of dire wolves, looking to satisfy a never-ending hunger. After some time, strange buildings begin to emerge from the thicket; wondrous dark creations that have to seem foreign in design to what many are used to from Revaliir- ruins of towers, castles, bridges, cathedrals, and fortresses. All of them have a style of both beauty and ominous that originated from a land that the Dark Kaiser had lived in his time of being a human. None of them have occupants aside from the wolves and other creatures that have made it their homes. Deer, elk, and other animals also thrive here to serve as game for his lordship and his family.

The City

Passing the high obsidian-colored walls and watchtowers, Nyxhelm is a blooming mixing pot of practitioners of the faiths, merchants, shifters, sorcerers, and nightly denizens. In constant to the exterior, the city is a sea of ivory structures and buildings. Its streets are constantly patrolled by His loyal knights, to dissuade any form of chaos from occurring. Two buildings, in particular, stand out above all others; one is the grand cathedral where the highest-ranking faithful and the masses come to serve, worship, and pray. Beneath it resides special hot springs meant for healing those from certain aliments and injuries, though not as potent as the healing capabilities of Angela's realm. The other is the Palace of the Lord, serving as both home and host to his audiences.


The Palace

The palace is surrounded by a gated courtyard where a bountiful arrangement of gardens (such as moon lilies, nightshade, soul sprigs, etc.) is dedicated to the God’s wives as well as to the children that were lost. A marble fountain of water stands in the very center with statues of women that influenced his life in one way or another. Also present in both the courtyard and spread around the exterior of the home are statues of gargoyles, though some of them are the actual creatures masquerading as their stone brethren as a form of protection against unwanted intruders. The stained windows illuminate with the images of wolves and of the pair of moons.

Inside, God’s home is well lit with candlelights and torches; its walls from the foyer to the private office and bedrooms are filled with his works of art, carefully painted with time and precision. Those that house shades of red are especially well done, with a secret ingredient mixed into those paints. The foyer is filled with lavish furniture as well as a pedestal that houses a bowl meant for blood sacrifices. The rest of the rooms downstairs consist of bedrooms for those that Nemesis gives to them, a sparring arena, a kitchen, and beneath that the catacombs. Hotsprings, similar to those in the Grand Cathedral, are found in the backyard, though those are used more recreational means.

Upstairs are more restricted areas such as the bedrooms meant for the Volkovs' (especially the master chambers for Nemesis/Celeste/Angela), the private office where he conducts business affairs, gives his audience to visitors, and works on his art.



Nemesis is the Lord of the Daybreak and Nightfall.
God Rules
I. Formido Tyrannis: The lord is unmatched in the fields of dark and light magics.
II. Sacrum Lumen: Nemesis' skin contains the essence of pure light of which he can control. His very presence can harmful to those weak against sunlight/light while contact with him can be near fatal.
III. Timor Comedenti: The god is able to feed on fear psychically within contact.
