”Get those people secured!” The order called out from a feminine voice echoed through the area of the tree top city as all hell was breaking lose around them. The Luxurium had reached far across the lands of all three continents, and those that followed Strength and Light were doing their best to help keep things controlled in Onnen. The Cathedral was in Onnen anyway and it had not been affected by the Luxurium because no drink was allowed. Though the Clergy themselves were still allowed to drink when they were away from the Cathedral and Lady Glory had lost a few of her people to this chaos.

But now she was here in Cameroon flying among the tree top buildings and homes, using her powers to protect the people that had not drank of the tainted booze. Sirona had brought along thirty of her clergy and in that number were ten of her Anointed warriors. Cameroon presented a remarkably interesting challenge and at the same time, unique way of protecting the people. Sirona and her Clergy would clear out a building of the zombiefied people, and use her Divine powers to clean the area and then get a group of survivors to that building before cutting the rope bridges that led to it. That cut off any new threats from getting to the survivors, and Sirona would leave one or two of her people with the natives to keep them secured.

So far it was working well, and there were pockets of people being protected all through the city. While Sirona and her people would also do their best to try and corral the zombied people in the hopes that a cure could be found at some point. However, that proved futile as the gathered would turn on each other and continue consuming themselves as well, so, they had been forced to purge the zombies instead as they found them. Some could be saved as they had not become zombies, but, instead, had been found in acts of debauchery of many kinds and in some cases it was all the Clergy could to stop what was going on without causing undo harm.

This was difficult for all of them, and Sirona, who was not one to like such things to start with, especially was having a hard time. When she entered a home the one time to see if anyone was hiding inside, when she found five people all together in bed, and two of them were just laying there with glazed eyes accepting whatever was going on, she nearly puked and left. But, she had steeled herself, and got them all to snap out of it, and healed the wounds they had before making them dress and getting them to safety. She had learned in that time that none of them knew each other that well so things got even more awkward rather quickly.

Sirona was keeping herself moving so she could help where needed, right now flying up a bit higher to survey the situation.
