I'm somewhat new here, so feel free to stop me if I've missed something.

On a previous roleplay site, I saw how Guilds brought roleplayers together and spawned new storylines and roleplay purely from their existence. Friendly competition sprang up around guilds, and active guilds created fun events that raised site activity. I thumbed through the threads here and did not see this suggested, so I figured I'd bring it up. Guilds could be displayed in user profile and a list of guild/members could be separately displayed. 

I just think it would be fun to have some groups created by members, all types of fun roleplay can be done in organized in-character groups.
