The ruins had always been an interesting place that Zendaya would regular visit when she came down from the Zujiuchu Mountains. She would often come to meditate. The tree's that choked the ruins provided shade, and the stones the laid scattered across the landscape were most useful for practicing difficult meditation poses. The mountains that led to the ruins weren't at all difficult to climb if you had the right training and stamina, so this made it a nice path to climb with all the wildlife. Slowly, coming up the mountain before the first rays of sun, appeared a young woman, no older than twenty, who carried a simple bamboo staff. Her soft, brown skin was covered in white runes, as well as the bamboo staff that rested in the sheath on her back.
When she moved, she made no sound, and her movements alarmed no creatures. It was a simple technique, with allowed her to move silently. It also held her aura within her, instead of releasing itself into the air. She walked silently through the trees, before she eventually reached the entrance to the city. Slowly, her footsteps became audible, as she dragged her hand along the stones that lined the cities entrance. She walked deeper into the city, carefully navigating through the rocks and over the overgrown plant life. Many flowers spring between the cracked stone walls and the ground, but the woman payed no mind to them.
She then reached a large building, with a beautiful tree growing in every direction out of every available place it could fit its branches.
Perfect. This is a perfect spot. She thought to herself, and entered the building. From there, she walked to the base of the tree, she grabbed hold of the thick bark, and slowly began climbing. She worked her way up at an even pace, placing her foot and hand in every pocket the tree's bark had to offer. She slowly began to stray further and further from the ground, as she ascended towards the sky. She slowly reached the top of the tree.
At the top of the tree, on the largest and thickest branch she could find, she looked out onto the landscape in front of her, the ruins of the city, the beautiful mountains, and even parts of the city of Adeluna.
A very magnificent sight indeed. Not as beautiful as the Zujiuchu Mountains, but still beautiful in its own, special way. She smiled, and sighed at the thought of her home. It had been a week since she had last been at her small house in the mountains, and she was starting to get a bit homesick. She then took the bamboo staff from her sheath, and carefully balanced it on the tree branch.
With careful accuracy, she stepped back, and ran at he staff, before jumping and landing on the top of it with one foot. She then carefully lifted one leg, and froze in a pose similar to the tree pose, Vrikshasana. She slowly let out a gentle aura, which wrapped around her body, and enlightened her rather stone cold face, with that of a gentle and peaceful feeling. She regulated her breathing, and just as the sun rose, she began her meditation process, as the beautiful run rays hit her skin, turning the white runes to a glowing blue, as the sky was painted with bright beautiful colors.
