The world around her was filled with nothing but white snow and ice. The sky was clear but the sun did not relieve the freezing nature of the island. Luckily, she had brought along a large fluffy coat and was wearing several layers of clothes to protect herself from the cruel cold. There were days were she thought she would die to the cold until she remembered her fireball spell and use that to keep herself warm.
Opening her journal, Attie began describing her journey through Itjivut with a tribe of Rafandi in search of the Winter Temple. She wrote about how the Ice Elves were willing to pay people to go out and find this temple. She was doing this for the knowledge rather than the money but she would not deny money given to her. However, she refused to take any coins until she actually found the temple. If it didn't exist then she would feel bad for the people who were paying for nothing.
Placing down her journal, she went over her notes to review what she had learned so far. The Ice Elves knew that this was an old temple built for ancient celestial beings long ago. There was a catastrophic event that lead to the place being abandoned and forgotten. Or at least that was how the story went. Attie drew closer to the fire that the Rafandi people had built at the campsite.
The Rafandi tribe had little clue to where the temple could be but they did know about a strange cave with icicles that went all the way down to the bottom of the cave entrance. They even described the icicles as iron bars rather than ice. Since the tribe was already headed that way, they agreed to allow her to tag along in exchange for her helping them out. She had helped them out greatly, using her bear strength and a touch of magic.
This was the day when they would pass the cave. She packed away her notes and looked back to the tribe who were busy packing up camp to move again. Attie felt ready to find this icy temple and its mysterious information that it supposedly had. There was nothing stopping her now. After packing her stuff, they began to travel. Attie helped carry a massive crate and her own stuff, using her bear strength. The ice and snow were almost blinding but she was able to ignore it and keep walking.
