Through the silence, a large rustling begins to the left of the two. Many vines start creeping towards the sound, crawling up the wall and forming the figure of a tall, humanoid woman. After a few moments, the rusting grows louder as if someone if screaming through a pillow and the form finishes. A sharp sound screeches through the temple as a deva appears, wide eyed and at a loss for words as she starts to fall from the haven of vines, falling on the shadow-like figure. 

There's a large thud as she falls to the ground, looking surprised as she stares into the eyes of her makeshift pillow from the fall. "I apologize!" She quickly states, rolling off of the shinobi clumsily. As she stands up she notices Ravone, opening her mouth slightly as if to ask a flurry of questions but her throat seems parched. Her blank white eyes move from one shinobi to the next, confused on whats going on. 

"Did I accidentally interrupt something?" The deva asks, standing in between the two.

Years have passed since Ravone had last entered the Suishō no Kyūden temple. He used to come to the temple to meditate. As he entered, he quickly got a feeling of nostalgia as he looked around once again, he sat down, and began to meditate, meditating in the temple did not feel like it did before…

He felt a dark presence surround him, he got up and drew his weapons, he was instantly knocked aback into an empty wall, he saw a dark figure materialize in front of him, a ninja (or shinobi) that was all black, staring intensely at him with it's glowing red eyes.

Ravone got up and watched for movement, he looked around and saw that the lights were dimmer. Ironic, he was in a temple of light, but it's not very light in the temple at all!
He slashed at the figure, but it did not respond to the attack, it didn't even flinch! The figure kicked him back into the same wall. Ravone got up again and saw the figure charging at him. He quickly dodged and slashed at the figure, it was knocked back a bit but was not hurt, Ravone realized that this was a dark apparition of himself, it was copying his every move, upon realizing, he did not move, but the figure kicked him back, maybe his realization wasn't correct.

He seemed to have no solution in beating the figure, maybe luck will be on his side?
