On the left side of the third floor above the library, spanning the entirety of the left side of this floor, are the separated amethyst rooms: sleeping quarters for guests.  These rooms are temperature controlled to keep sleepy guests comfortable and cozy.  Visitors that need to stay overnight can choose any of these rooms that they like for each one is different: some with firm beds, others so soft that you sink right in; some rooms with more than one bed for those that don’t mind sharing space or have come with others, and others with one solitary bed; and so on and so forth.
 
Calming amethyst makes up the bed frames, head boards, and small tables in this room: promoting good sleep, pleasant dreams, and relaxation and comfort.  The lanterns holstered to the walls in these rooms are crafted from carved amethyst as well, and the bright orbs of white light can be dimmed or brightened.  When it comes time to sleep, heavy curtains can be drawn to keep out the bright light that would otherwise shine in through the crystal wall.  Likewise, the shutters of the lanterns can be closed to keep out the light of the white orbs, with no fear of overheating.
 
The doors to these rooms respond to the voices of their inhabitants, and if one should be nervous they can let their room know that they want it locked while they sleep: none may enter otherwise, except of course for The Lord of Light.


 
 
On the right side of the third floor above the training area on the second, is the aquamarine room: the bathing quarters.  This area makes up the entirety of the right side of the third floor.  Giant pool sized pit tubs spread out across the bathing room.  While Naota comes from a culture where bathing is more communal, he also understands that not everyone is this way and there are smaller sectioned off bathing areas for more private users.  This is the only public room in the crystal palace that does not have crystal clear walls to the outside: instead they are gently fogged to give all users extra privacy.
 
The water here is always hot and never runs cold unless the chilly water is accessed by the designated faucets.  Every inch of this area is cleansed daily, and bubbling pools offer mineral baths for those wanting to ease their sore muscles.  Perfumes, soaps, shampoos and anything anyone could ever want to clean themselves fill the shelves on either side of the great bathing area.  Aqua aura quartz and aquamarine make up the wave like designs on the walls and the fragile seeming lanterns that float with constant light.  Warmed and fluffy robes await those ready to dry themselves and there is always plenty for everyone.
