All About Jesgil Yamar

Cherche is a wandering maid, taking jobs on her whims to help those in need. While she is kind and generous, she is never afraid to bring out her axe to threaten those who darethreaten her temporary masters… or against said masters if they try to do any nasty deeds to her. What intimidates most folks, however, is typically her ability to do everything with a gentle smile on her face, whether it be cleaning a scholar's room to brutally swinging her weapon. She often tries to look for beauty in everything, and thinks dressing tings up a bit is often the easiest way to fix things up. Her strangest habit is giving everything a name.

A type of lumbricina that frequently enjoys dark places and thrives on underground organisms. Glow worms grow in mass in the depths of Revaliir and are frequently cultivated as light sources by subterranean races.

The beginnings of a rose, this rose hip is an exceptionally healthy specimen. It can either be planted or ground up for herbalism purposes.

A piece of leather. Maybe it can be used for something?

Lantern

A metal box with glass panels protects the flame inside this lantern from being extinguished by the wind. Some lanterns have ornate decorations. They can be carried by hand or hung.

Bandana

A simple piece of cloth in the shape of a triangle, usually tied around one's head.

Backpack

A hardy pack, with two straps that allow it to be worn on one's back. It's ideal for carrying supplies while on the move.

Beeswax

A useful substance from the jungles of Laeto. Used to waterproof whips, armor, and other useful things. Can be put in the ears to cancel out noise, but it won't have any effect on Psionic spells, we're afraid.

Blanket

A thick, woolen blanket, perfect for keeping a person warm.

Arcane Empower

This spell supernaturally enhances the target's magickal ability much like the similar spells Strength and Lesser Agility.

Bo Staff

A simple wooden staff, intended for martial combat.

Common Robes

Simple, loose-fitting garments made from ordinary material, these plain robes are suitable for general, everyday wear.

Cure

This spell is used to rid the target of a single curse, nonmagical disease, or status infliction.

Heal

A basic healing spell that will restore an injured person's health.

Herbs

These herbs can be prepared in a variety of ways— ground into a balm, brewed into a tea, chewed whole, and more— and have a variety of properties that make them valuable to alchemists, healers, assassins, and more.

Joss Sticks

When burned, these sticks give off fragrant smoke.

This spell gives the caster supernatural protection against magickal and physical attacks.

Slippers

These light shoes are delicate, easy to put on.

Tailoring Kit

A small box with needles and spools of thread, used for sewing.

Battle Axe

This large, double-bladed axe is typically wielded with two hands. It is designed to penetrate through heavy plate armor.

Apron

A piece of clothing that is usually worn by an artist or chef that keeps their cloths clean while they work.

Used to sharpen objects.

Canteen

A container typically used to hold drinking water.

Summon Item

The caster summons an item, normally armor or weapons, that they own from the aether.

Hunter's Instinct

Creates heightened senses needed to be a hunter. I.e. Smell, sight, etc.

The caster exhales a blast of ice, chilling and damaging a target.

The caster summons a ball of ice and hurls it at their target.

This spell allows the caster to manipulate small amounts of snow and ice with their mind.

Mythic Polymorph

This spell allows the caster to take on the form of creatures larger than a bear. Mythic Polymorph can also be used to transform individual parts of your body into parts of the described creatures.

Drae's Bottled Starlight

Made by the Keeper to help his children combat their fear of the dark, this vials of thick colored glass can cast a starscape on the walls and ceiling of a room. When placed on the ground of an area or on a shelf, it creates a circle of protection with a 20 ft Diameter.

Keeper's Secret

Allows the caster to immediately rebuke and mirror a spell cast at them from an opposing force. This magical counter immediately releases the mirrored spell and cannot store the spell for later.

Okami's Armlet

These armlets of perpetually frozen ice are made to honor the great dragon, Okami, from Ataiyan lore. To be constructed, they must be left in the snow of the Tori Mountains for a fortnight in order to, supposedly, absorb some of the dead dragon's power. The effects are undeniable.

Renaissance

When worn, this Aventurine pendant will strengthen the will and focus of its wearer tenfold. Due to its effects, it’s suggested to only wear it in times of great need for no more than one hour at a time. While strength of will and focus are enhanced, the physical limits of the body are unchanged.

These feathers glint with an impossibly golden sheen, and can even be used as lanterns in darkness.

They provide a minor, elemental enchantment of Light.
