Physical characteristics: Tacitus Silanus is six feet and 2 inches tall. Ad a result of all his years in the art of physical combat, he has a bulky and toned body. Additionally, he has white skin, slightly short, dark-brown hair and eyes and a carefully shaven beard.
Personality: Silanus is slightly arrogant and has a sense of self-righteousness and superiority. Silanus has the manners, charisma and elegance of a nobleman, but also the attitude and firmness of a soldier. He may be quite merciless, ruthless and unforgiving towards his enemies and even strangers, however if he holds someone dear in any way, he shall be loyal and do anything in his power to protect that person. Silanus is truthfully a bold, courageous and unyielding leader.
Religion: He and his people follow an ancient, previously disbanded cult. They believe and praise in two non-existent divines: Fortunata, goddess of luck, fortune and chance, and Bellum, God of war, force, combat strategies, battle tactics and conflict.
Abilities: Few are able to be considered as an equal of Tacitus Silanus in combat. Even though he wears a very heavy equipment, he is able to perform hasty and swift movements, which are decisive in any battle. His ferocious abilities as a swordman and his rapid reflexes make him a mighty warrior that everybody would want on his side! His abilities as a marksman are, however, as average as a common hunter. Silanus is also what could be considered an adept battlemage. He is able to cast spells that will help him in battles, such as agility or streghten, but also offensive spells like paralyze or spectral blades. He has an unique ability in which he summons one of his ancient ancestors to help him in battle. (invoke spirit)
Clothing: Silanus is mostly seen wearing his antique-looking "roman like" armour and equipment, with an either crimson or purple tunic beneath. Leather boots and gloves and, depending on the climate, sleeves and pants are common additions of his clothing.

Backstory: Silanus' roots extend back to ancient times, in the Momey Steppes. His ancestors were the rulers of a large clan of warlike humans, who claimed to be of a superior race, and had their own culture and even a religion. This clan was named Fratis, and had what they called "their great city". Although this settlement was not a city, but more like a vast tribal hideout, it was extremely well organized, with their ruling class, working class and warrior class. It had enough people to be considered a big clan, and it had their own rules and rulers.
Nevertheless, the warmonger rulers of this ancient clan were too ambitious, and soon the Fratis became a threat to other civilizations. Their warriors, although extremely skilled, were not enough and could not compete against the countless nomad tribes and kingdoms that habited in the Steppes, and soon their clan was defeated and their quarters razed to the ground. However, enough of its people survived and many years later, Silanus and the other remnants of the Fratis seek to bring back their clan, claim their lands and establish themselves as a new empire.
Now, even if he has few followers, Silanus will do anything in his power to bring back the Fratis' past glories and prosper. They find their wealth in acts such as mercenary jobs, slavery and other illicit business. The new Fratis clan has their smaller settlement in the middle of the vast grasslands of the Steppes. Made with cement walls and stone craftmanship, their houses and their fort are well managed and protected. Not many people live in there, but Silanus wants to change that, and expand his dominion.
