Appearance and Personality:

Shulgan had always been an oddball, even among his own kin.

History:

Long ago when dragons roamed far and wide, Shulgan walked among the people taking human shape, like many of his kin. As they were powerful and mighty, the sea drakes sought out their own domains for their own ends. Some became rulers, lording over coastal lands. Others became guardians under tenuous alliances with shorter-lived races. And others like him chose to walk their own paths, bound by neither contract nor duty. When the three tyrant dragons raged against each other, the lesser drakes fled or went into hiding. Choosing to hibernate deep below the waves, Shulgan slept in silence for hundreds of years.

Sea Mirror

A shield wielded by the original sea goddess. It is a mirror made of abalone shell, mother of pearl, and ancient ice. This shield has the innate ability to grow at will. The larger it gets the less durability it has before the ice will crumble. It will reform with a small time frame first as water then as a solid. Water will also call to it, forming barriers where the shield cannot reach as long as the shield is intact.
This is an event prize for the 2019 Anniversary Event: A Tale of Mortals and World's End.

Ruwana Rai

An interesting artifact, this unbreakable glass bottle of water can be coaxed into a variety of small arms, such as daggers or kunai, or if one is particularly skills, a large, more agile weapon; a whip. Be careful, though, as the weapon is alive and as such, can have a mind of its own. It might fight its owner if mistreated.
This is an Event prize for Staff's 2021 World Event: Draconic Insurrection.

Goddess Cube

A beautifully decorated stained glass puzzle box made in platinum, this acts as a portable storage device akin to Reynash’s Endless Bag. The sides of the box bear symbols and related imagery of the goddesses of Life and Luck.

Drae's Bottled Starlight

Made by the Keeper to help his children combat their fear of the dark, this vials of thick colored glass can cast a starscape on the walls and ceiling of a room. When placed on the ground of an area or on a shelf, it creates a circle of protection with a 20 ft Diameter.

Canelux’s Circlet

The symbol of the Terra Equinox. Made out of precious stones and metal. Rests gently upon one's head. Features the waxing and full moon status of Canelux. Increases one’s magic ability when Canelux is out.

Fishing Rod

Made from wood or, when available, bamboo, this pole has a length of string attached to it as well as a hook, and is used to catch fish.

This spell allows the caster to sense a magical aura around a person, or to sense another's presence even if the caster cannot see them. Also allows the caster to sense magical presence up to 40 yards away.

Ice Weaving

This spell allows the caster to manipulate small amounts of snow and ice with their mind.

Fog Cover

Fog is conjured to cover where the caster wants. This fog obscures even the best vision but can only obscure the best vision for a few minutes before their eyes adjust. This allows for the caster to get away or find a safe place to hide... Or if one is daring enough, allows one to get an attack of opportunity.

This spell allows the caster to change their physical appearance.

This spell allows the caster to manipulate small amounts of water with their mind.

Water Meld

The caster melds with water, keeping them hidden, or protected from water-based attacks.

Ice Breath

The caster exhales a blast of ice, chilling and damaging a target.

This spell allows the caster to breathe underwater, or to give another person that ability.

This spell allows the user to adapt their body to the temperature of their surroundings. It provides no outward change in physical characteristics or other racial traits.

Tailoring Kit

A small box with needles and spools of thread, used for sewing.

Slippers

These light shoes are delicate, easy to put on.

Protection

This spell gives the caster supernatural protection against magickal and physical attacks.

Joss Sticks

When burned, these sticks give off fragrant smoke.
