Appearance: Standing just above average height, Aileen is a sight to behold. When not in her armors, her hair cascades down her back, almost melting into her simple yet form-fitting black outfit of a cotton top and ankle-length skirt. To see her in this outfit is rare, as she is usually in her dark leather armor, specially designed for her line of work. In no way is she just a human, her natural beauty a gift from her mother, her strong body from her father. Her determination and strong will from her baby brother. May sometimes wear a hooded cloak, also black.


History: Odacryn and his wife Niamh lived in a simple little home by a forest with fields sprawled before them. They had toiled hard as farmers, living off the land as best as possible. Life blessed them with a little girl, but they faced harsh difficulties with several miscarriages. By the time Aileen was about to enter her official teen years, the Ó Conaill's were blessed to see another pregnancy through to term, but the birth was difficult and cost Niamh's life to bring Seoras into the world.

There was little time to grieve over Niamh's passing. A newborn needed attending, fields needed tending. Both Odacryn and Aileen got lost in their chores, falling in love with Seoras more each day. Almost a year of hard work and sweet love later, Odacryn gave a shout, telling her to run. She tried to go for Seoras, but her father forced her out the door, hissing words of warning and promises. So she ran, like an obedient daughter. When she returned the next morning, their closest neighbor accompanying her, what they saw churned her stomach. The house was totalled, furniture broken, blood everywhere. In the center of it all was her father's corpse with two holes on his neck. Their neighbor would not allow her to search the ruined house, turning her away to usher Aileen home.

Vampire hunters were slow on the trail, arriving days after the vampires had destroyed Aileen's home. But they also brought hope with them as they took her into their fold. Her burning hatred for the creatures would be her fuel to train and hone her strong body into a formidable weapon. Aileen spent the next ten years training and fighting alongside the hunters, taking whatever tests they gave her to prove she had what it takes to get revenge for her family.


Personality: Aileen prefers to keep silent as she cautiously takes in her situation. Yet when decisions are made, she can be quite blunt. She can be stern, may seem cold. Her warm personality seems like a child's dream now as she carries herself like the confident hunter she is.

Abilities and weaknesses: Being human, Aileen does not have the keenest hearing, nor the best night vision. However, she has found a talent for certain enhancing magicks to assist in this lack of senses. Through certain training trials, she has built a considerable resistance to poisons and venoms, increased tolerance for pain, and heightened endurance.
