Alexander Krieger, in his life, was not a noteworthy person. He was an ordinary mercenary for the most part, not counting his magical abilities. He was an un-educated, smelly and rude. His life was wrought with misery and little else. Some might have said that death would be a mercy for him, however this couldn't have been much further from the truth of the matter. Because after he died in fire, while fighting a mage that tried to re-capture his escaped gladiator slave, he was sent to Infernos where he suffered for all of his sins. Suffice to say it was not pleasent. Thankfully for him, as he was relatively speaking, dead for a short time, when Dalnesca died and the position for a divine being of Death was left open, he got his chance to escape. He managed to do so through means incredibily painful to the soul and mind, so much so that the entire period of escape is but a fuzzy smudge of emotional and spiritual torment in his mind, equal to what he had suffered in Infernos. Now that he had climbed out of literal hell, he proceeded to wander the earth as Revenant, a restless wraith seeking vengence upon his killer…….or a comfort in his new "Life".
