All About Sharifa

Sharifa stands 6.5 feet tall, has black skin with golden coloured down fur around her chest and in stripes in places and a mane of gold around her neck. Two foot long antenna stick out from the top of her head, and two insect wings stick out from her back allowing her to fly gracefully and fast. Most distinctive is her four arms, long and slender and ending in clawed fingers, Sharifa also has hidden stingers in her arms she uses as a last resort. She fights with speed and grace with daggers and a buckler and a bow which she can fire from the air.

Sharifa is, in fact, sister to the current Wasp Queen herself. However, the only person who knows this aside from Sharifa and the Queen is Angela, otherwise it is not a publicly known fact.

After being blamed for the failure of the insect invasion of Canelux, Sharifa was saved from being executed by Angela. As much as it gals Shar sometimes she now works for Angela, acting as a scout and spy for the Goddess, among other things that might be needed. Sharifa usually works from the shadows, keeping herself hidden more often than not, however she is fairly well known in Sularia at this point.

Still having a prickly personality, she doesn't deal with stupid well, and she will, eventually, help people, she'll either complain the whole time or just angrily do it and then leave. She has a bit of a temper and a deep seeded ruthless streak in her that comes out now and then if pushed too far.

Tempest's Fury

The power of a small lightning storm contained within, these orbs can be found scattered throughout Railoch. To most, they are merely oddities, causing the hair on one’s head to stand up when holding them. To mages, however, they are power sources, capable of enhancing lightning magics.

The Tempest’s Fury provides a minor, elemental enchantment of Lightning.

Explosion

This spell creates a destructive explosion at a location of the caster's choosing, sometimes even catching the caster in the blast radius.

Concordat of Conclave

A ring granted to those who pledged themselves to fight for the honor of the Conclave. The ring is emblazoned with engraved runes in honor of each of the members of Conclave. The wearer of this ring is able to cast a divine protection spell on themselves, becoming nearly impervious to any peril while the spell lasts. (Spell can only be used once per day. Spell lasts for only a few moments.)

Seed Pouch With Sling

These specialized seeds have been handed out with a slingshot. People have been instructed to try and hit as many Eldritch beings as possible. The seed pouch seems to be never ending… I wonder what will happen with them.

In a small space of 15 feet around where the caster casts the spell spider webs shoot from every direction entangling all within the area.

Skyfire Blade

This allows the caster to temporarily enchant their weapon to create an explosion when the weapon makes contact. The explosion is very mild in damage and not nearly as powerful as the Explosion spell itself.

Invoke Energy Vortex

A random energy vortex is summoned from another plane, which serves the caster for a short period of time.

Dagger

A short, bladed weapon with a sharp point. Can be used to slash or pierce an enemy.

Cloak

This heavy, woolen cloak offers its wearer warmth and protection from the elements. It also has a hood, which can be drawn up to make the wearer seem more mysterious.

Journal

The pages in this bound book are blank, allowing the owner to use it to keep a record of their thoughts and activities.

Map

This parchment shows a region of Revaliir, or the entire world. It is useful for navigating.

Quill and Ink

A writing implement made from a long feather, used by dipping the tip into a pot of dyed liquid.

Buckler

This small, round shield is gripped with the fist. It is highly maneuverable, and a popular choice in melee combat.

Shuriken

Small blades crafted in the shape of stars. Used by throwing at an opponent.

Katar

This dagger-like weapon has a special handle that allows the blade to rest on the wielder's knuckles. While it can be used as a slashing weapon, a katar is most deadly when is is thrust at an opponent.

Amulet of Warped Reality

An amulet than can charm and double as a small dagger; a favorite tool of assassins who want to blend in with a crowd, rather than to stalk their target from the shadows.

Chain Lightning

Several bolts of lightning shoot down from the sky to strike one or more targets.

Commune with Beasts

This spell allows the caster to communicate with animals. With great skill, the caster can even convince animals to fight for you; lesser skill sends all animals into a frenzy making them attack even the caster.

Concussive Blast

The caster hurls a strong gust of wind at a target that is capable of inflicting blunt damage and disorienting opponents.

Galvanic Weaving

This spell allows the caster to manipulate small amounts of electricity and lightning with their mind.

Greater Agility

Not only heightens one’s speeds, but allows them great balance and the ability to land on one’s feet from high height. This spell also allows the ability to walk on walls and ceilings for the duration of ten minutes.

Lightning Ball

This beginner level spell allows the caster to hurl a ball of raw lightning at a target.

Lightning Strike

This spell allows the caster to summon a single bolt of lightning and hurl it at a target.

Mind Tower

This spell allows the caster to better resist and defend against mental attacks and intrusions, such as charm spells, telepathy, or similar psionic magicks.

Nature's Fist

Causes the bone beneath the flesh to protrude out, causing pain, to give one a natural weapon. Lasts for ten minutes. Causes wounds.

Pain Spike

This spell injects a surge of pain within a target which deals mental damage

Parvpora's Sight

This spell allows the caster the ability to see better in the dark.

Strength

Increases the physical strength of the user for a short time.

Chrysalis Ring

This rings creates a crystal barrier around the user. It protects from both magical and physical attacks. The barrier does break under large amounts of pressure so beware.

Chitinous Armor

Armor made from a large insects hide and natural armor, form fitted for the wearer. Less protective than steel but it is lighter and easier to work with. Spikes can be found on the arms sometimes, the nature of the chitin makes it easy to make to the wearers preferences.

Crafted from hard beetle horns, these tonfas are well balanced and ready to fight.

Insect Swarm

When cast a swarm of buzzing insects appear to harasses, sting and bite the target of the spell. Spell's range is line of site, duration is around a minute unless acted upon by an outside force. Insects summoned vary with each casting of the spell.

Stinger Rapier

A finely crafted rapier created from a Wasp's stinger. Very strong in its durability thanks to some added magic, the rapier never needs to be sharpened and it will actually repair itself if broken, though it takes some time to do so.

Originally invented by rogue Hiafae tailors, these outfits will change the temperature of the closest water to whatever the wearer desires. You can go diving around Itjivut without feeling cold in these!

Sapphire Sword

A beautifully smithed blade made from sapphires that has a chilling aura to it. It is most likely carved by the dwarves of Baltil. The blade itself glows like a thousand stars.
